Most Quince items can be returned free within 365 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they're unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Jewelry, engagement rings, furniture and final-sale items have their own rules, listed below.

How refunds and exchanges are paid out
- Store credit: issued once the carrier receives and weighs your return.
- Original payment method: processed after the return is received and restocked, typically 7 business days after it reaches the warehouse.
- Exchanges: the new item ships once the carrier scans your return.
- If you paid partly with a gift card or store credit, the refund goes back to those first.
Tips that save a hassle
- Keep the hang tag on until you're sure. A missing tag is the most common reason a return is refused.
- Any box or bag works for shipping, but keep the original inner packaging.
- If you use your own shipping label, keep the tracking number. Quince needs proof of delivery to refund.
- Quince's policy says it can limit returns on accounts with a pattern of excessive returns.
