Why a Quince order can arrive in pieces
Quince doesn't run a single warehouse the way a department store does. It ships from the factories that make its products, so a cashmere sweater and a linen sheet set in the same order can come from different places on different days. Tracking links are in your shipping confirmation email.

Quince's advice is to wait up to 48 hours, since carriers sometimes mark a package delivered early, and to check with neighbors before contacting support.
